I'm honored to be one of many writers asked to write a piece for Luna Stage and Crossroads Theatre's site-specific project The Ground on Which We Stand. The performance explores the history and impact of The James Howe House, the first property in the Township of Montclair to be owned by an African American and formerly enslaved person, from 1780 to the present day. Because of rain, the performance which is a 1-mile walk will now be performed in Montclair, NJ on Saturday, May 20. A few tickets still remain!
